View our Medical Staff Roster

Our medical staff roster contains the names of individuals who currently have membership and clinical privileges at O達leness Memorial Hospital.

You may use this roster to verify medical staff affiliations at O達leness Memorial Hospital for both initial appointment, reappointment and for verification of clinical privileges. This information has been approved for release by the Medical Staff Executive Committee. Any other information will require a release from the physician.

The roster does not constitute practitioner competency or qualifications. By using this information, you are not entitled to make representation to any other person or entity that a practitioner is credentialed and privileged by O達leness Memorial Hospital. Nor are you entitled to rely on our credentialing process for purposes of credentialing these individuals to perform services at any other hospital, facility, managed care organization, or for any commercial purpose.

To the best of our knowledge, all names presented on the roster are in good standing at O達leness Memorial Hospital having met all requirements for maintaining Medical Staff membership or clinical privileges. All practitioners are subject to the terms and conditions of appointment and reappointment, as outlined in the Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of O達leness Memorial Hospital. All medical staff members are subject to reappointment every two years, and allied health practitioners with clinical privileges are also subject for renewal every two years.

The medical staff member categories listed that include admitting privileges are active, courtesy and honorary/retired with the exception of Radiology and Pathology members.
