Patient Meals
Wholesome, nourishing and well-balanced meals are an important part of your treatment and recovery. If you are receiving solid food, a member
of our nutrition services staff will visit you to discuss your meal selections. If you are on a special diet prescribed by your doctor, you will receive menus tailored to your specific needs. Meals are served to inpatients at approximately 8:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Occasionally your meal may be delayed if you are scheduled for a special test or treatment. Whenever possible, you will be served after your test or
treatment.
Dietitian
The hospital employs a registered dietitian and a registered dietetic technician to meet your dietary needs during your stay. If you have questions about your meals or diet, please call extension 6247.
Outpatient Center Nutrition
Following procedures in the Outpatient Center, patients are offered a snack. If your procedure requires an extended stay, you will be offered a meal.
Visitor Meals
A visitor may arrange to have a guest meal tray served in your room by requesting and paying for the meal in advance in the hospital cafeteria on the first floor. The WillowView Café serving area is open to visitors from 6:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Hot meals are served from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., Monday through Friday; 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. daily, and 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily. The dining area is open around the clock.
Vending Machines
Vending machines for snacks and beverages are available 24 hours a day near the Cafeteria and near the Emergency Department waiting area. Snack items are also available in Weatherby’s Gift Shop located near the Visitor Entrance.
