An acute-care hospital fully accredited by the Joint Commission,
O'Bleness is a teaching site for new physicians. We welcome physicians from all over the country to be a part of
our
traditional rotation and OB/GYN Fast Track internship programs; our residency programs in family practice, dermatology and OB/GYN; and our "Plus One" residency training in neuromusculoskeletal medicine and osteopathic manipulative medicine. Applications for our post-doctoral and rotation programs are available online.
Co-sponsored with the Ohio University College
of Osteopathic Medicine (OU-COM), our medical education program is affiliated with a consortium of hospitals
and colleges known as the OU-COM Centers for
Osteopathic Research and Education (CORE) system. CORE is a wonderful program that offers our staff and
patients the chance to interact with some of the brightest new physicians in the country.
