O’Bleness Memorial Hospital is committed to complying with applicable federal and state law; the program requirements of federal, state and private health plans; and the hospital’s ethical and business policies.

We have developed standards of conduct expected of all employees, medical staff, volunteers and contract staff working within the hospital. These standards were developed with the helpful input of our board of directors, management and staff, and Local 1252 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees. Our standards of conduct address specific issues related to maintaining a safe healthcare environment, quality of care, conflicts of interest, human resources, coding and billing, and overall compliance with laws and regulations. Our associates are obligated to report violations of these standards, hospital policies or procedures, or applicable laws or regulations.

If you have concerns about O’Bleness Memorial Hospital’s compliance with particular laws or regulations, we welcome your comments or questions on our toll-free Compliance Hotline at (877) 815-0144. This confidential phone line is operated by an independent organization out of state. Trained professionals staff the hotline 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Your anonymity will be protected. The Compliance Hotline may be used to report serious concerns about suspected or known instances of fraud or violation of any laws, regulations or O’Bleness’ standards of conduct.
